Entering the house you face a green and beautiful garden which offers the tenant a relaxing environment.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are in a single space for better communication and overlooking the pool of the house.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one en-suite and the other 2 sharing a common bathroom. In the main room there is a large wardrobe. The house has oil central heating, a fireplace which heats the house sufficiently.

The house is available unfurnished, with only electrical appliances, excluding washing machine and dryer.

It has a private pool as well as covered terraces which can be used at different times of the day. A terrace overlooking the sea can also be created from the upper floor.
